Fairfield Zoning Administrator
Fairfield is hiring a part-time Zoning Administrator to manage and enforce Subdivision & Zoning Bylaws for 8-15 hours per week. In this position, you will use your knowledge of municipal operations and state regulations to provide a vital role in our beautiful, rural town. Provide permit and zoning information to the public; review applications for completeness; prepare materials and written summaries to the Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustment; plan and document meetings in accordance with VT’s Open Meeting Law and serve as the E911 Coordinator. Successful candidates will engage effectively with the Fairfield community and excel at prioritization, flexibility and meeting deadlines. $25-$35/hr.
