Overview
Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating installation projects and repairs to ensure they are completed on time and to company quality standards. This position works closely with the Production Manager, installation team and customers to ensure successful project execution and high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage installation projects from start to completion
Communicate schedule customers
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations
Monitor quality and safety standards and job performance throughout each project
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members
Address and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Previous project management or construction management experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of construction or installation processes is a plus
Work Environment:
Based out of Jeffersonville, VT with travel throughout northern Vermont
Combination of office and field work but mostly field.
