JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: Allen Pools & Spas is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join
the team in a family-owned, local company. As a family-owned and operated company, we are seeking someone
who is motivated, and brings a fresh-perspective, sales professional to join our “team-first” orientated
showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Duties:
● Swiftly and effectively follow up on all leads via phone, email, and text
● Assure that the consumer is in all databases affecting future follow-up
● Update notes on all contacts regularly for review and reference
● Contact leads a minimum of 8-12 times within the first 30 days of contact·
● Work in a retail environment selling directly to the consumer and networking for leads
● Work with and build relationships with customers by presenting the features and benefits of the products
● Staying up to date on the health and wellness benefits of our products through training, personal use, and
study
● Conduct follow-up after the sale based on the outlined protocol
● Answer phones, check voicemails, assist in-store customers as needed
● Check contracts and delivery paperwork for accuracy and completeness
● Handle customer inquiries/complaints to completion and customer satisfaction
● Maintain the cleanliness of the product and the showroom
● Participate in weekly sales meetings
● Attend virtual vendor training and workshops
Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales (1 Year – Required)
● Driver’s License (Required)
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
● Strong business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Customer service-oriented mindset
● Proficiency in technology sales is preferred
● Spends weekends in the showroom assisting customers and walk-in leads
● Must be willing to respond to customers during off-hours
● Strong computer skills
Qualifications and Experience:
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Strong computer skills and CRM knowledge are a plus
● Strong presentation and negotiation skills
● Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
● Resilience, persistence, and willingness to cope with rejection
● Excellent organization and time management capabilities
