Construction Operator – Seasonal, FULL-TIME

Job Duties:

• Operate a variety of construction equipment including excavator, bulldozer, loader, skid steer, and GPS equipment and grade control systems in compliance with safety procedures
• Work closely with other team members; communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner
• Inspect equipment before, during and after use to ensure they are working properly
• Load and unload construction materials
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and working in other capacities onsite
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards and perform a variety of other tasks as assigned
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment both in and around the machine.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and perform daily maintenance including greasing, cleaning, check fluid levels, and other required daily checks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to work in all weather
• On time and reliable
• Familiar with preventive maintenance on a variety of construction class vehicles
• Able to communicate needs for repairs to the appropriate parties
