Wood’s CRW Corp., a second-generation family owned Construction Equipment Distributor is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Williston, VT location. We are looking for a new Marketing Coordinator to join us at our headquarters in Williston, Vermont. This individual should be personable, highly motivated, creative, a problem solver, detailed, organized, reliable, ethical, intelligent, and able to adapt to all of the forces around them.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete sales related and marketing administrative projects including preparation of annual marketing plan and budget.
  • Responsible for all marketing campaigns across all traditional, digital, and social marketing channels for the three sales divisions by collaborating with Sales Managers, and subject matter experts to develop campaigns and budgets that align with strategic company market share and sales goals.
  • Execution of marketing campaigns, both internally and in collaboration with agency and OEM partners, across all traditional and digital marketing channels, ensuring objectives, creative assets/content, and goals are met.
  • Maintain company website and update equipment listings and content.
  • Manage social media marketing across all platforms, ensuring we are consistent in messaging, aligning with the goals and voice of Wood’s CRW
  • Procurement of branded merchandise and coordinate customer events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Maintain and grow CRW customer databases
  • Layout and coordinate production of quarterly customer newsletters and create monthly employee email newsletters.
  • Provide support and handle event registration and travel arrangements in preparation for conferences, trade shows, and other events.
  • Maintenance of dealer location integrity including, but not limited to, Google My Business, website location pages, manufacturer dealer locator pages
  • Additional responsibilities include completing co-op advertising claims, ordering yearly manufacturers’ calendars for sales teams, coordinating the production of logo wear, coordinating the production of banners and display items for events, attending quarterly manufacturer marketing meetings, and generating direct marketing email and mailing lists, and distribute industry project bid lists.
  • Operate within all policies and procedures of the company as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Safety Manual.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in coordination and execution of traditional and digital campaigns and metrics evaluation.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good follow up skills, and work well under pressure.
  • Must be flexible, outgoing, and eager to learn, as well as have strong organization, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Individual must be creative and have an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with creative/design software, preferably Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, and Microsoft products.
