The Marketing and Communications Associate will provide vision and contribute to all aspects of Age Well’s fund development, communications and public relations initiatives. Create and implement essential communications, marketing and results driven content in support of our fundraising efforts, programs, awareness campaigns, advocacy efforts and branding. The position will play a significant role in helping us reach our goals by delivering mission-related messaging. This individual reports to the Director of Business Development and Communications, and will work closely with the Director of Development and Major Gifts, the Development Grants Associate, the Development and Communications Associate and internal staff to increase the impact of the organization’s work.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
· 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, including digital services, nonprofit fundraising/communication experience preferred
· Strong ability to message to and connect with a wide range of audiences through written content
· Experience and comfort with web-based communications, website management and digital media production
· Excellent writing, editing, and design skills and strong experience in graphic design/layout and content creation
· Brand Management experience
· Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven collaborative environment and manage multiple projects

Pay: $47,000.00 – $49,400.00 per year
