Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Woodworker/Millworker to join our team, specializing in fine furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the woodworking field with understanding of stationary- and power tools . This role requires a passion for woodworking and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Duties

Construct wooden furniture parts according to specifications.
Working as part of a team as well as independently.
Read and understand instructions and measures.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on assembly, finishing, wrapping, shipping as well as any other task we do together as a small team.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications

Proven experience in woodworking or related fields is a must.
Strong knowledge of power tools, hand tools and stationary tools
Familiarity with finishing and sanding.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
