Overview
ONE Arts Community Schools is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment for young children. We operate four early learning centers and two afterschool art centers, all rooted in our commitment to equity, creativity, and community. At ONE Arts, we believe in the power of play-based learning, the arts, and exploration of the natural world to inspire curiosity, confidence, and resilience. Our classrooms are spaces of belonging where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to express themselves freely. We honor the unique identities, cultures, and experiences of each child and their family, recognizing families as essential partners in education. Through a commitment to social justice, restorative practices, an anti-bias curriculum, and reflective teaching, we cultivate a school community where fairness, kindness, and inclusion are foundational. By celebrating the diversity of our community and nurturing creativity, we empower children to become compassionate, engaged, and lifelong learners.

● Full-Time Lead Infant Teachers – Burlington, South Burlington, and Berlin locations
● Assistant Infant Teacher – Burlington location
● Part-Time Morning Support Staff – 6:30/7:00 AM – 9:30/10:00 AM
● Part-Time Afternoon Support Staff – 2:30/3:00 PM – 5:00/5:30 PM
● Full-Time Support Teacher (All Age Groups) – Burlington and South Burlington locations
● Lead Preschool Teacher – Berlin location
● Lead Toddler Teacher – Berlin location
● Assistant Toddler Teacher – Berlin location
