Are you passionate about partnering with others and driving change to solve some of Vermont’s biggest health care challenges?
Bi-State Primary Care Association’s Vermont Rural Health Alliance is at the nexus of public health, health care, and health policy. We are looking for an energetic, mission-driven self-starter to join our team. As the Data and Engagement Facilitator, you will collaborate with internal staff and community health centers to solve problems and create positive outcomes by sharing best practices, developing actionable data, facilitating trainings, and connecting partners, all in service of a strong health care safety-net. Bi-State anticipates a salary in the range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending upon experience, and offers a comprehensive benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of health care access and quality initiatives.
- Analyze, manage, and report data to inform project outcomes.
- Facilitate training sessions and collaborative meetings.
- Serve as a connector between community health centers and partner organizations.
- Support team efforts with insight, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
Ideal Qualifications
- One to three (1–3) years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of the health care environment and/or marketplace.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in group facilitation and team collaboration.
- Data analysis and data management skills.
- Self-directed, with curiosity and learning agility.

Work Location
This hybrid position is based in Montpelier, VT, with on-site work expected 1–2 days per week or as needed. Candidates must reside in Vermont or New Hampshire.
