Overview
When most people think of a professional Motorsports team, the race events, competitive driving and service crews at events first comes to mind. The reality is a professional Motorsports team requires extensive behind the scenes support through planning and preparation to ensure the best chance of success on race day. The Administrative Assistant supports the team in several areas to help the team achieve its goals. Working closely with the Accounting Supervisor and HR Director, this role is responsible for entering receipts and payables, organizing and filing, triaging HR requests, managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, and supporting benefit administration.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The role requires a self-starting and largely self-managing personality with a strong ability to triage and prioritize tasks as necessary with the direction and assistance of the Team Manager, Accounting Supervisor and HR Director.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Entering payables
- Enter employee credit card receipts
- Enter expense reports
- Create invoices as necessary
- File documents as necessary
- Manage employee records
- Assist with recruitment as necessary
- Support benefit administration
- Order shop supplies

Education and Experience:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Basic bookkeeping experience a plus
- Familiarity with Netsuite Enterprise software highly desirable
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
