Surgical Technologist – SURGTECH 0323 NS

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 1.0 FTE Days – can do 8’s or 10’s
Weekly Gross: $1900- $2100 (based on experience)
Job Description: The Surgical Technologist assists the circulator and surgeon in delivering care to surgical patients. This role ensures a safe and sterile operating room environment at all times under the supervision of qualified OR personnel.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist surgeons and circulating nurses during procedures
  • Maintain sterile field and surgical environment
  • Prepare instruments and operating room equipment
  • Ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures
  • Follow all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations

On-Call Requirements

  • 1 weeknight call per week
  • Weekend call every 5th weekend

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Less than 1 year required
  • State License: Not required
  • Strong understanding of sterile techniques and OR procedures preferred
