Restaurant Supervisor – Full Time

- Full-time
- Take food/drink orders
- Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions
- Greet guests and deliver a memorable experience for all
- Clear, clean and sanitize tables
- Complete side-work throughout the shift, before and after
- Help guests with any special requests/allergy information
- Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 or more full years employment experience in a related position
- Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment while on your feet for 4-8 hours
- Excellent organizational skills and show initiative with ability to work well in a team environment
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Have proficiency in the English language
- Must be able to work onsite at the location
- Hours required: Full Time 40 hours per week for AM; Mid; PM shifts; Must be flexible; Weekends; Holidays
Additional Preferred Skills/Qualities
- Second language is a plus, preferably Spanish or French
