Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and outgoing administrative coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining up to date data for reporting.
- Answer phones, and manage email correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, vendors, and customers.
- Maintain accurate records
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the office, including ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Responsible for data entry, reporting, and maintaining databases relevant to the department.
- Assist with various aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts departments.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is required
- Assertive and friendly personality

- Above average computer skills
- Willingness to learn.
