DESCRIPTION: Founded in Stamford, CT, in 2011, Riko’s Pizza is a highly differentiated pizza concept famous for its super thin-crust, tavern-style pies, local neighborhood atmosphere, and an extensive selection of craft beers, wines, and specialty cocktails.
Riko’s has a one-of-a-kind menu that features signature pizza recipes, such as the iconic Hot Oil Pie and Salad Pizzas, oven-roasted wings, made-to-order salads, desserts, and seasonal LTOs.
Riko’s currently operates 10 restaurants across Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, and New York (6 franchised), and it is soon opening its 11th location in Burlington, VT, in an iconic building on the Church St. Marketplace.
